1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Usamintcoins. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund

You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the “Delivered” date.

The coin(s) must be returned in the same condition you received them—unworn, ungraded (if originally ungraded), and with all original packaging, labels, and certificates intact.

Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund unless defective.
3. How to Request a Refund

Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.

Find the order and click Request Refund.

Complete the form, indicating the reason for return, and upload clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Submit the request.
We will review and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label (if the return is due to our error or a defect).
4. Shipping the Return

Pack the item securely with all original materials.

Affix the provided return label and drop off at the designated carrier.

Retain your tracking number for your records.
5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (both original and return) are refundable only if the return was due to our error or a defective item.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
