1. Order Processing

All orders are reviewed, packed, and shipped from our secure fulfillment network—please allow 3–5 business days for processing before an order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.

Flat-rate Standard Shipping of $7.95 on orders under $99.

Expedited service rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

You can also track any order via our Order Tracking page by entering your order number and email address.
5. Insurance & Protection

Every shipment is fully insured for its full purchase value. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost to you.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All pricing is in USD and does not include any local taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Since we ship under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Packaging

Coins are secured in protective coin flips or holders, then cushioned with multi-layer packaging and placed in a sturdy outer box to prevent movement and damage.
8. Shipping Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or security inspections. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking link.

If there’s no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@usamintcoins.com—we’ll investigate and make it right.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is reported delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Provide photos of the damaged packaging and contents so we can file a claim and expedite your replacement or refund.
